corporation that is licensed through the State of Nevada Division of
Mortgage Lending.
The president, Gary
E. Mohler, C.P.A., has been involved with real estate and trust deed
investments for over 30 years through personal investments, consulting with
clients in his public accounting practice, as a board member and loan
officer for a local credit union and through ownership of private mortgage
companies.
The vice-president,
Charles A. Mohler, C.P.A., has been involved with real estate and trust
deed investments, operations of several successful family businesses, and
financial consulting for over 12 years.

Company, Inc. prides itself in giving investors the individualized
attention most investors desire. All loans are carefully analyzed by the
company officers, including inspections of all real estate that is to be
used as collateral. An investor loan package is then presented to each
investor for their approval.
